I live in Northern Virginia, purchased a BX22 from the local dealer here in Purcleville. Was happy with the deal but the dealer seems to be having trouble getting a tractor for me. He thought they would be here by May 1 but called me yesterday and said that it would now be drop shipped from Atlanta but won't arrive until May 15. Called a couple of other dealers who don't seem to have a unit in stock either but say that they "are arriving every day". Debating whether to cancel my original order but my question is whether others are seeing issues with availability of this tractor? May just be a sign that spring is here and this is a popular model?

It is spring, and it is popular, but it is also the only "drive off" model.
All of the other small Kubota's arrive in shipping crates. They are just picked out of stock in a warehouse with a forklift and put on a truck. The dealer then assembles, tests and preps the tractor.
The BX22 is completely assembled at the warehouse and driven onto a truck. This appears to be the choke point in the delivery system for this model as they do get backed up at the assembly point. ....

I live in the Shenandoah Valley and got my B7500 with no delay (couple of weeks ago) from a dealer in High View, West Va. There is also a dealer in Warrenton, VA. Good luck. It's worth the wait :)

Sales have been outstanding on those units and they are behind, as we need more than we ordered as sales have been better than expected and they don't have them. We have had to get three from other dealers that have also been sold. They will get them for you as sold units are delivered to dealers before non-sold units. ....
